POŠTOMATs are payment terminals which can be found at 1100 post offices in Slovakia. Post offices providing POŠTOMAT services are marked with a POŠTOMAT logo on the front door and at the service counter.
POŠTOMATs provide the following services:
a) for Poštova banka payment card holders:
- cash withdrawal - you can withdrawal any amount of cash up to the maximum limit from your payment card
- check the balance of your account
- make cashless payments at the post office

b) for payment card holders from other banks:
- cash withdrawal - you can withdrawal any amount of cash up to the maximum limit from your payment card
Charge for the service is defined by the bank which issued payment card to you and the amount is specified in the fee policy of respective bank, in part charges to payment cards, designated as Cash Advance through POS terminal at bank (exact name of the charge can vary in particular banks and depends on particular bank)
c) for all post ofiice clients:
- "re-charge" EASY - you can increase the credit of your prepaid T-mobile Slovensko EASY card on-line using cash
- "re-charge" PRIMA - you can increase the credit of your prepaid Orange Slovensko PRIMA card on-line using cash
