- internet - Internet banking,
- operator on phone - Phone banking,
- SMS messages of GSM phones - GSM banking,
- SMS messages of GSM SIM Toolkit phones - GSM banking plus.
Individual services are available for clients:
a] non-stop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Internet banking
- GSM banking
- GSM banking plus
b] within business hours from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm, on Saturdays from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm
- Phone banking - communication with operator.
Establishment of EB services
- relationship between client and the bank when using service is based on contractual basis
- scope and specification of electronic banking services is defined by client in Specification of electronic banking services
- client can submit agreement and specification at all points of sale of the bank; if client sends the agreement and specification by mail, it is necessary that signature of account holder is authenticated by notary public on one specimen of the agreement
- every holder of personal or business account can apply for establishment of the service for himself and persons specified in Specification of electronic banking services
